I am an illustrator and graphic designer living in Vancouver, BC. I was born in South Korea but lived, studied and worked in Canada and the United States. Currently, I am working intensively on art for peacebuilding initiatives in Cambodia.
I pull inspiration from personal experience to my cross cultural experiences, travels, and living abroad, particularly interacting with nature and women from all over the world.
Most of my illustrations capture a magical element and strength of youth, women, and nature from everyday moments to envisioning hope for humanity. Whether it is heartbreak, unexpected periods, or self-evaluation of our stretch marks, I enjoy exploring my own effervescent and ephemeral youth and adulthood.
